How to add manual shop review post
To create a manual post go to "Promotion > Reviews" tab. There you can find all of your shop reviews. It should look something like this:
Reviews that already have been published are marked with grey "Published..." sign for your convenience. Also you can see that some of the "share review" buttons are in pale blue color (inactive). This means that customer didn't left any text with this review so there is nothing to post.
Now to create a social media post you just need to choose a review you want to share and click blue "share review" button on the left side. This will bring you to a page with all the settings for your post.
First, you will see a product that is attached to this review. The photo of this product will be used as an image to your social post.
Next you need to set date for your post. You can choose any time and date for an up to a month in advance.
Now choose social media pages to which you want to post this review. You can choose all of them or just one - it's up to you! But make sure to select at least one ;)
Next you can add tags to the post to get more exposure. By default we add your shop name as a tag, and some other tags. Also keep in mind that your listings tags will be added automatically so there's no need to put them here.
Now if you want to post random photo instead of the main (first) photo of the product make sure to check this button. By default is turned off.
Next you will see preview for the message that will be posted to your social media pages, but without links or tags that will be added later. You can edit this message as you like.
That's it! Now just click "Schedule post" button to finish the process. This will get you back to Reviews manager page where you can add another manual post or add automated schedules.
