How to schedule/publish a social media post

The most convinient way to publish a specific product to multiple social media pages (for example, an item you just added to your shop) is to create a manual schedule. In this article we will give you a step by step instructions on how to do that.

First, go to "Promotion > Products" page and click on "Schedule post" button.

On the next screen you will need to choose the product you want to use for publishing. You can switch between your shops, search for specific phrases and sort listings on criteria you need.

When you find the item you want to post just click on its title or picture. This will bring you to a page with manual post creation form. Let's take a closer look on it.

On the very top of the page you will see the block with your selected product.

Then you need to select publishing date/time for your post. Please note that this time is set based on the timezone you chosen on your settings page.

Now choose social media pages where you want the post to be published. You can choose one or multiple social media pages.

Also you can set your own tag which you want to add to the post. Please note that the system will automatically add your listing tags to the post so you might want to put something else here (for instance, some trending tag or your brand tag).

Next - "Pick random image". This is on by default and means that the system will pick a random image from your listing image list for posting. If you want to use main (first) listing image only just uncheck this setting.

And the last on is an optional text message for your post. Please note, that if you set your custom text here it will completely replace your listing title for Twitter post (due to the short length of tweets).

That's it! Please don't forget to click on "Add schedule" button to complete manual post creation process. This will schedule a manual post for selected product based on selected settings.
