How to add automated listings renewal schedule

Your listings recency is important for position in categories and search results. With our renewal tool you can easily schedule automated renewals for your products at any time. To do that go to "SEO > Auto renewals" and click on the red "Auto schedules" button at the top.

And on the next screen just click big green button "Add renewal schedule"

Now pick the shop from which you want to renew products:

Next you can choose specific shop sections to renew from:

Or even just specific listings:

Both of these settings are optional and if none selected then all of your shop listings will be used for your schedule.

Now you need to choose a date and time when you want to start this renewing schedule. You can choose any date and time for up to a month in advance.

Now it's time to select when this schedule will be stopped. There are three options to stop the schedule:

If you chose to stop after specific date you will also need to set and date next.

If you chose to stop renewing after budget limit exceeded then you will need to specify your budget next:

And if you chose to stop after maximum renewals number reached just specify renewals number for your schedule:

Now choose what items you want to renew. There are wide range of possible choices, from random item to your best selling or oldest items, items with lowest views or items with highest price, etc.

All that's left is to choose how often you want to renew your items. There are also a lot of options, starting with renewing every 5 minutes and up to renewing once a week.

Now if you don't want to dig into advanced setting just check that you understand that each listing renewal adds $0.2 USD to your Etsy bill and confirm that you're aware of additional Etsy charges. And press "Add renewal schedule" button on the bottom of the page. This will create your renewal schedule based on settings you selected.

If you are interested in advanced setting here is a brief review.

In advanced settings you can exclude sections or specific listings from your shop that won't be participating in renewal schedule.

Also you can set start and end time for your schedule. For example, if you set start time as 6:00 AM and stop time as 9:00 PM your listings will be renewing based on frequency you've set but only in this time range. This might be useful if you want to renew only for your time zone or if you're not interested in renewing items during night hours.

And also you can choose what kind of listings you want to renew. By default those are set to your Active listings.

That's it! Now don't forget to check that you understand that each listing renewal adds $0.2 USD to your Etsy bill and confirm that you're aware of additional Etsy charges. And press "Add renewal schedule" button on the bottom of the page. This will create your renewal schedule and bring you to the page with the list of all your renewal schedules.
