Hi! I was wondering which is better JPEG or PDF? I have sent all my digital items in JPEG before and never had a problem until today. One of my customers is trying to print the file and it comes out grainy and somewhat blurry. Does PDF work better with printers? Never thought this could be an issue with JPEG.

You should always send print items as a PDF. Of course you can send JPEG with 300dpi and it should print fine but if you want true print quality your digital items should always be PDF.

PDF is better for printing.

If I'm purchasing a digital product, I would expect a high res PDF file.
