What is Seller Tools?
Seller Tools is a set of efficient tools for professional online sellers on Etsy and Shopify. Our mission is help you to automate your shop routine processes so you as a business owner would spend less than 1 hour a day on the computer. All our tools are super easy to use (check out other sellers reviews) and save significant amount of time. For example, social media promotion. All you need is connect your Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest pages and setup posting schedules just once. After that Seller Tools will be automatically fetching your new products details and images from your shop and publishing them to social media based on your settings. This means that you don't need to spend a lot of time on the computer or smart phone keeping your social media accounts current. Another example is sales events. How long would it take to modify your listings titles and prices applying 15% sale discount to all of them? With sales event manager you can get it done within 1 minute. No kidding, just 60 seconds of your time! We've been working smart on our tools improvements to cover all kinds of seller's needs: from coupons creation to SEO and social media promotion. How easy is Seller Tools to use?
We designed Seller Tools with excellent user experience in mind. You can automate your tasks with 3-5 clicks. Basically, most of our tools work on click, click, done basis! All of them have hints for first time users. And if you are experiencing some issue or just have a quick question you can always contact our support team. They are very friendly and helpful. There is no problem they can't help you with.
Is Seller Tools free service?
We offer part of our tools absolutely free. That's correct, no payment required (we know, everybody loves freebies). However, our professional and business growth tools are not free. All our products available for free two weeks trial with no further obligations (we don't event ask for your payment information). After the free trial you can select one of subscription packages based on your business needs (please note that we offer discounted pricing for longer term subscriptions). But if you don't feel you are ready for fully featured subscription you can still be a happy Seller Tools user! Most of our products available on a pay as you go basis. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and PayPal payments. Please note, we do not store any credit card information on our servers and use third-party PCI-compliant payment processors.
What if I have more than one shop?
Seller Tools allows you to connect one shop for each supported platform (Etsy, Shopify). This might change in future. For now, If you have multiple shops on one platform (e.g. two Etsy shops) you must create multiple Seller Tools accounts.
We do not limit you in the number of social media pages you can connect. You are free to use as many social accounts as you want to grow your business.
What if I want to disconnect one of connected accounts?
You have full control on your connected accounts on Seller Tools. Just go to "Accounts" section and click "Disconnect" for account you don't want to be connected anymore.
Tell me about you referral program.
When someone subscribes to Seller Tools services using your unique link (see "Referrals" section) your subscription is getting automatically extended for one month. Please act wisely - nobody likes spammers. If someone reports spam with you referral link your account might be terminated.
I want to cancel the service.
You can cancel any time. Go to "Accounts" page and click "Deactivate account" button on the bottom.
