Frustrated... Please critique my shop.

I opened my shop in Nov. 2016 & I get views, visits, and favorited but no sales. I have several items listed, with multiple photos and (I think) decent descriptions. What am I doing wrong?

Hi there! Can you give a link to your shop?

I'm sorry. Here is a link to my shophttp://www.etsy.com/shop/slightlytwistedbkris

I replied with a link to my shop several weeks ago but I have not received a response. I don't know if I responded in the correct area or if I am not looking in the correct place for a response. Here is the link to my shop again: http//www.etsy.com/shop/slightlytwistedbkris

It's just that this forum is not very live ;] try at etsy itself, at some viral group - in our opinion your stuff is very cool, promote it at pinterest, also use better photos, maybe on models too?

Try pinning at pinterest, tweeting, and blogging (like tumblr or other) at least 25 a day, not at once but 5-7 at morning, at day and before sleep do it 2 months with no excuse - if there will be sales continue, you will see huge trafic and also revenue, for sure :)

BTW january and february will be pain, thats for sure, we marketed our stuff 3 months at 200% and while painful it gave us more than 2k at various platforms a month, not bad due to specific content ;)

Slightly Twisted, I think you need to be over on Etsy forums for advice. It takes a while to build your store. It took me a year on Etsy before I started selling well...Back then there were teams who helped promote each other. I sell vintage, so what I'm doing won't be exactly what you want to do....I think you need to get agressive with your tags, search on etsy for similar items and see what kind of tags they are using. Also Pinterest is my best social media outlet, but I'm also on Twitter, G+, Facebook, and Instagram Casemiro gives some great advice, you need to post (or relist as new) items everyday, wow, 25 a day is alot to me, but they are right, spread it out...it's going to take a while. This forum on ST isn't the best for sellilng advice

Try using a vector on your logo. It's the first thing people see on your sight. Your jewelry looks nice, but the pixelation on your logo doesn't do it justice.

I agree about the logo, maybe make the large photo a collage of your most popular items.

Your titles could be tweaked a little. The first 3 words are most important. So like for this one:https://www.etsy.com/listing/526268355/ring-wire-wrapped-silver-plated-double?ref=shop_home_feat_2I would make it say "Wrapped Amber ring. Silver Plated Wire. Swarovski crystal."You can also add words that reflect style, like "bohemian" or "box weave" or whatever.

Tags work better as short phrases. Like "gifts for her" instead of "gift" and "her". Maybe use "silver wrapped ring" and "amber Swarovski crystal". I also wouldn't waste a tag on "free shipping" with etsy's new search features

Also, reviews. You have a handful of sales, but none of your buyers have left reviews. If you have had friends or family place orders though etsy, have them leave a review. I love supporting smaller and newer shops. but it always makes me feel more comfortable to see at least 2-3 reviews
