To use live chat support you need to open any Seller Tools page (actual tool page, not community), for example https://seller-tools.com/research/market/etsy/, and then click on white-green chat icon in the right bottom corner.

Hello, I just opened analytic and report page, also favathons page but there is no live chat there.I need help with my listing, because not all my listings are sync here, so several listing which are live on my etsy store are missing.
