how to setup a sell under etsy's new inventory system.

Fox and Dragon 7.0 years ago I am getting this message when I got to set up a sale on Etsy "It seems that you opted out of the new inventory tools on Etsy. The sales event manager requires inventory tools support. Please enable inventory for your Etsy shop and try again." However, I don't see a way to "opt-in" to the new inventory system. Can anyone help?
Syncing your shop should help. Click "sync all" on http://seller-tools.com/accounts/
