If you are a seller at Amazon Handmade we have exciting news for you! Amazon extending their promotional monthly subscription fee waiver through the end of 2017 for Handmade at Amazon artisans!
Originally subscription fee waiver for Handmade sellers was supposed to end on August 1, 2016. And then every handmade seller would have to pay $39.99 subscription fee each month + 12% referral fee per sale (or $1 applicable per-item minimum referral fee).
What has changed? There is no listing fee on Amazon, so you only pay a referral fee when you make a sale. After August 1, 2016, all Handmade categories will have the same 15% referral rate and the minimum referral fee for Handmade items will be $1.00. Referral fee of 15% includes payment processing, access to world-class seller support, marketing, discounted shipping, and fraud protection.
